Must have:
- Proven experience in IT asset management (software/hardware)
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow
- Understanding of software licensing models and contract terms
- Ability to read and interpret contracts, amendments, and usage rights
Nice to have:
- University degree in IT, finance, or a related field
- Certifications: ITIL v3/v4, SAM, ServiceNow
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau
- Advanced data analysis skills and strong proficiency in Excel
- Experience with database systems and data warehouses
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update records of licenses, warranties, service agreements, and vendor contracts
- Ensure accuracy of asset data in the ServiceNow system (CMS)
- Review and analyze over 800 applications
- Verify and enter license agreement details into the system
- Manage license renewals and provide guidance where applicable
- Identify and collect missing entitlement and licensing documents
- Assess license usage rights, including cloud and VDI environments
- Assist in preparing software installation packages
