Marketing Project Manager at Adlook

We’re looking for a Marketing Project Manager to lead international marketing initiatives across EMEA and the US. You’ll coordinate cross-regional projects, manage events, oversee digital campaigns, and collaborate with external agencies and the sales team. Your responsibilities: * Plan & execute the B2B marketing roadmap * Implement & execute marketing initiatives in line with short- and long-term strategy. * Run cross-regional campaigns, coordinate EMEA and US launches, ensuring localisation and alignment with sales plays. * Lead account-based marketing (ABM): Partner with sales to build target lists, personalise outreach, and accelerate deal cycles. * Oversee digital channels: Guide agencies on paid media, SEO/SEM, and website CRO. Measure and optimise in GA4 and HubSpot/Salesforce. * Create & curate content: Turn product insights into case studies, solution briefs, videos, and sales decks that resonate with decision-makers. * Drive thought leadership & PR: Work with global and local agencies to amplify leadership voices and secure top-tier coverage * Optimise processes: Audit workflows, close data gaps, and roll out best practices in Agile/Asana (or Jira, Monday) * Report & analyse: Track funnel metrics, campaign ROI, and present insights to execs—recommend pivots where needed.

Our Requirements:

  • 6+ years in B2B tech marketing—ideally ad-tech, mar-tech, or SaaS.
  • Proven record of international programme management and hitting pipeline goals.
  • Deep knowledge of ABM, demand gen, and enterprise buyer journeys.
  • Hands-on expertise with events, content marketing, SEM/paid social, email nurture, and web analytics.
  • Comfort with CRM & marketing automation (HubSpot or Salesforce/Pardot)
  • Data-driven mindset—you test, learn, and optimise relentlessly.
  • Strong project-management chops; Agile or Scrum familiarity is a plus.
  • Fluent English; other major languages welcome.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and agency-management skills
