We are looking for a seasoned Senior Project / Delivery Manager with strong delivery acumen and the ability to navigate complex software development environments across various engagement models and delivery contexts. We need a delivery leader who can shape, lead, and own delivery. Someone who brings a product-oriented mindset, combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery excellence, and demonstrates strong people and stakeholder management in multi-cultural, distributed, and fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities: * Pre-sales & engagement shaping: * Act as the PM lead in pre-sales activities, collaborating with Solution Architect, Business Analyst, Engineers, and sales to shape proposals. * Drive project scoping, estimation, risk assessment, and planning to inform delivery models and commercials (GM, T&M, Fixed Price, etc.). * Create realistic delivery roadmaps and resourcing plans. * Participate in client presentations and proposal pitching, anticipating objections and mitigating delivery risks from the outset. * Project & delivery management: * Lead full-cycle delivery of software development projects from initiation to closure - ensuring delivery of value, not just scope. * Own project delivery across timeline, cost, scope, and quality - actively managing trade-offs. * Design fit-for-purpose delivery processes based on project type, size, and client context * Track and optimize project financials (budget, margins, burn rate), while ensuring delivery health. * Drive collaborative and transparent delivery with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, UX, etc). * Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests. * Continuously engage with clients as a trusted advisor, manage expectations, and enable transparency and alignment. * Ensure effective communication between distributed teams, maintaining engagement and clarity in multi-time zone settings. * Team & people leadership: * Set clear direction and expectations for delivery teams, balancing autonomy with accountability. * Create a safe, inclusive, and performance-oriented team culture. * Mentor and coach team members on delivery excellence, client interaction, and continuous improvement.
What success looks like: * Projects are predictable and under control - with early indicators, not reactive firefighting. * Delivery model matches project context - no "one-size-fits-all". * Clients feel informed, supported, and trust the delivery. * Teams feel led, not just managed.
Languages & certifications: * English: B2/C1. * PMP (preferred). * Certified Scrum Master / Agile certifications (nice to have). * AI project management (a plus).
