Data Center Deployment Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Leading Data Center solutions implementations
• Conducting discussions with clients, gathering requirements, and proposing optimal solutions,
• Preparing technical offers, presentations, and project documentation,
• Conducting workshops and technical presentations for clients,
• Supporting the sales department in selecting solutions and preparing quotations,

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the design, implementation, and maintenance of DC infrastructure,
• Very good knowledge of Data Center network architecture: spine-leaf, fabric, EVPN, VXLAN, and network protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, VPC/MLAG),
• Experience in SAN networks, including configuration and administration of environments based on leading vendors (Cisco, Brocade, Dell/EMC, HPE),
• Ability to integrate and optimize storage environments in the context of SAN and LAN networks,
• Familiarity with network and storage virtualization solutions (VMware NSX, vSAN, Cisco ACI),
• Experience in implementing security policies in DC networks (ACL, microsegmentation, firewalls),
• Higher technical education (informatics, telecommunications, or related field),
• Communicative knowledge of English,
• Ability to conduct client meetings, gather requirements, and propose optimal solutions,
• Experience in preparing technical offers, presentations, and project documentation,
• Ability to conduct workshops and technical presentations for clients,
• Supporting the sales department in selecting solutions and preparing quotations,
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• Ability to work independently,
• Focus on teamwork and collaboration with clients,
• Strong communication and presentation skills,
• Willingness to travel for business purposes (implementations, client meetings).
