What you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the daily production of the Asset Service Hub which bidirectionally exchanges data from third parties (e.g., custodians, brokers, asset managers, fund administrators etc.), the client and SimCorp’s Dimension platform
  • Facilitating the root cause analysis for issues through collaboration with the internal and external teams
  • Working with external partners’ helpdesks to analyze issues in the SWIFT and non-SWIFT data flows
  • Working directly with several internal teams to analyze issues
  • Working directly with the third parties to clarify issues
  • Monitoring the cases in the ticketing system (currently SalesForce)
  • Resolving tickets, including change requests
  • Continuously identifying opportunities to improve the production support process and documentation of best practices, with a focus on enhancing efficiency and the overall customer experience
  • Providing guidance to junior team members, acting as a multiplicator

Good experience with post trade settlement processes of the buy side Understanding what order executions, settlements and reconciliations are Knowledge what a SWIFT messages (MT and MX) are and their contents Thorough experience in general interfacing, data mapping and information flow issues Understanding of general testing processes and requirements in a project Experience in production support within asset management / asset servicing industry (SimCorp Dimension or equivalent) Experience working for either a custodian or asset servicer in a similar role Insight into the business and the IT side of the asset processing world Ability to work both freely and collaboratively within global teams Ability to navigate in an environment with missing/incomplete information and manage discrepancies Communication skills to handle personal, specific business communication Fluent in business and technical English
