As a Product Manager at Sauce Labs you will play a key role in guiding product development from conception through launch. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, defining product vision, collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales, etc.), and ensuring that the product aligns with the company's business goals.
Product Strategy & Roadmap: * Define and develop product strategy aligned with our vision and market demands. * Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring it reflects market trends, customer feedback, and business goals. * Prioritize product features and enhancements based on impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
Product Development: * Lead the product lifecycle from concept through launch, including planning, design, testing, and iteration. * Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations teams to ensure the product is built according to specification and timelines. * Write detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for features and improvements.
Market & Customer Research: * Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps. * Engage with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather feedback and understand pain points. * Use data analytics to assess product performance, making data-driven decisions to improve the product.
Cross-functional Collaboration: * Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer support to define go-to-market strategies and ensure product success post-launch. * Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and expectations.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: * Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for product initiatives. * Regularly report on product performance, customer satisfaction, and business impact to leadership and stakeholders. * Use A/B testing, user feedback, and performance analytics to continuously optimize the product.
Risk Management: * Identify risks or blockers during the product lifecycle and proactively resolve issues to keep the product on track. * Ensure that the product complies with relevant industry standards, legal requirements, and best practices.

As a result, Saucers located near an office location must be able and willing to come into the office. Those hired remotely must be able and willing to travel to an office as required by the specific role.
