We build mobile products and Web Shop Direct To Customer solutions for the games industry. We help studios and publishers create sustainable revenue, increase conversion, and grow player loyalty across global markets.

About You

You are a product leader with strong management experience, a deep understanding of the mobile market, and a track record of long term strategy at global scale. You manage a portfolio of mobile and Web Shop products, work with budgets and economics, and scale initiatives through cross functional teams and partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and evolve the strategy for Web Shop. Manage the product portfolio and investment priorities.
  • Plan and defend budgets. Forecast. Own P&L at the business line level. Control unit economics and core KPIs.
  • Develop Direct To Customer as a business across Web Shop. Shape value propositions and commercial models, including recurring revenue scenarios without feature level detail.
  • Launch and grow mobile and Web Shop in priority regions. Partner with internal teams and external partners to achieve target outcomes.
  • Use data to guide decisions. Run experiments. Validate hypotheses and systematize learning.
  • Shared standards for planning, releases, and post launch analysis. Clear and consistent stakeholder communication.
  • Provide mentorship. Build a culture of ownership and speed

REQUIRMENTS

  • 7 plus years in product management, including at least 4 years leading a PM group or a product line.
  • Deep understanding of D2C and in-app models, LiveOps cycles, economy and pricing, and how progression and content impact conversion, ARPPU, and regional retention.
  • Experience growing mobile products at global scale. Strong grasp of the market, monetization, and the player lifecycle.
  • Ownership of budgets and P&L. Ability to connect strategy to financial outcomes.
  • Strong analytics and experimentation skills. Ability to form hypotheses and make evidence based decisions.
  • Experience leading cross functional teams and operating at executive level. Fluent English

Good to Have

  • Hands on experience building and scaling a Direct To Customer business, without emphasis on feature specifics.
  • Experience in game production or publishing. Background in fintech or e-commerce.
  • Experience with CRM and analytics stacks.
  • Understanding of responsible monetization and player experience.
