Java Developer Internship Program (She/He/They)

The Accenture Technology Department in the area of Capital Markets or Banking focuses on implementing projects for the largest financial institutions domestically and internationally. This involves working with systems for analysis, requirements gathering, system design, software development, testing, implementation, and production maintenance. You will work with leading ready-made solutions or create solutions from scratch, supporting capital market products (including currency exchange transactions, currency options, derivatives, securities, collateral, stock exchanges) and universal banking (including current accounts, payments, deposit products, credit products, insurance, cards).

Qualifications:

• Active student status and availability of at least 30 hours per week, with hybrid work from the Warsaw office.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Polish (written and oral), along with good interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to develop in the field of banking or capital markets; interest in these areas is welcome.
• Analytical skills in data analysis, processing, systematization, and presentation.
• Practical knowledge of Java, demonstrated through completed specialization subjects and/or initial independent projects (e.g., coursework or self-study projects).
• Basic, practical knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Proficient use of MS Office tools, especially Excel (knowledge of VBA is a plus).
• Initial experience in using and configuring applications or systems of any class (e.g., content management systems, automation tools, analytical packages) is welcome.
