Customer Support Agent (English Speaker)
Shift Options:

Day Shift:
- Working Hours: 09 AM - 18 PM and 14 PM - 23 PM (rotating weekly)
- Working days: 5 days work, 2 days rest (schedule requested 1 month in advance)

Late Shift:
- Working Hours: 17 PM - 02 AM
- Working days: 5 days work, 2 days rest (schedule requested 1 month in advance)

Night Shift:
- Working Hours: 23 PM - 09 AM
- Working days: 3 days work, 3 days off
Location: Office-based at 51, Blv. "Cherni Vrah", Office "Energy Tower", Sofia City, Bulgaria.
Position Type: Entry level - suitable for candidates with little or no experience.
Responsibilities:
- Providing support in English by email and Live chats.
- Processing with great attention to details and content.
- Identifying clients' needs and proactively proposing solutions.
- Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction.
- Working closely with our team to improve and establish the necessary processes.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proactive person with good support/sales skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Previous experience as a support agent will be considered an advantage.
