The Role: Sportsbook Technical Support Analyst
We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join us as a Sportsbook Technical Support Analyst. This role involves investigating escalated cases, utilizing error logs, SQL queries, and product interfaces to find solutions. You will collaborate with internal teams and escalate complex issues to technical experts.
Main Responsibilities:
- Communicate with internal teams.
- Investigate and resolve problems escalated by users within our supported Product Cluster.
- Assist other Support Analysts with their tasks.
- Identify and escalate potential bugs and complex issues.
- Create and maintain a Knowledge Base for known issues and solutions.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Solid computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to escalate issues appropriately.
- Capability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and good organizational skills.
- Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure.
Considered a Plus:
- Experience with SQL and APIs.
- Previous technical support experience.
- Knowledge of popular sports and betting markets.
