The Role: Customer Support Analyst (French-speaking)
We are seeking a Customer Support Analyst to enhance our customer support operations. This role involves managing client requests, collaborating with internal departments to ensure efficient and high-quality customer service, and troubleshooting technical issues. The ideal candidate is a multi-tasker, self-starter, critical thinker with strong attention to detail, and enjoys working with clients and internal teams.
Main Responsibilities
- Handle and prioritize incoming customer requests, ensuring timely resolution or escalation.
- Troubleshoot basic API and software access issues, gathering necessary information for engineering teams.
- Maintain customer contact lists and playbooks for outage and delivery updates.
- Collaborate with game day operations and System Support Engineers to resolve event-day issues.
Required Skills
- Fluent in English and French (verbal and written).
- Strong knowledge of basketball; other sports knowledge is beneficial.
- Previous experience in customer support, data delivery, or product operations.
- Proficiency with software platforms and technical tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively across different time zones.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays according to the sports calendar.
- Strong time management and attention to detail.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in the sports industry.
- Familiarity with support tools like Zendesk.
