The Team
Our product development team is growing and currently consists of 130 members located across Spain, Serbia, Poland, Portugal, Turkey, Cyprus, Georgia, and Armenia. We primarily communicate in Russian.

Product Designer Role
We are looking for a designer with 7+ years of experience who can generate multiple solutions, justify them, and effectively receive and digest feedback. It's essential to be comfortable with the idea of redoing work from scratch, as we deeply refine solutions, experiment extensively, and discard many ideas along the way.
Responsibilities:
- Design and document UX scenarios, and create interactive prototypes.
- Build and maintain interfaces for different parts of the product in Figma.
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and other designers.
- Oversee the quality of implementation during later stages of development.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in product design.
- Ability to generate multiple solutions and justify them.
- Comfortable with iterative design processes and starting over when necessary.
- Proficiency in English at a B2 level.
- Fluent in Russian.
