The Team
Our product development team is currently at 130 and growing, with members located across Spain, Serbia, Poland, Portugal, Turkey, Cyprus, Georgia, and Armenia. We primarily communicate in Russian.

Product Designer Role
We are looking for a designer with 7+ years of experience who can generate multiple solutions, justify them, and effectively receive and digest feedback. It's essential to be comfortable with the idea of redoing everything from scratch, as we deeply refine solutions, experiment extensively, and discard many ideas along the way.
Responsibilities
- Design and document UX scenarios, and create interactive prototypes.
- Build and maintain interfaces for different parts of the product in Figma.
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and other designers.
- Oversee the quality of implementation during later stages of development.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in design.
- Ability to generate multiple solutions and justify them.
- Comfortable with iterative design processes and starting from scratch.
- Proficiency in English at B2 level is required.
- Fluent in Russian.

Additional Information
- The final compensation will depend on your experience, performance on the test task, technical interview results, and your country of residence.
- We may ask you to complete a test assignment, which will be compensated regardless of the outcome.
