Your Role

We’re looking for a Test Automation Engineer to:

• Prepare Test Plan and Test strategy for test automation.
• Develop test automation scripts to automate functional and regression test cases.
• Develop and maintain Python test automation framework.
• Perform functional and non-functional testing activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure E2E automation and develop sustainable solutions.
• Strengthen quality assurance services, deliver efficiently and productively.
• Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues, and contribute regularly to our engineering culture and internal communities.

Your Team

By joining our team in Wroclaw, you will become a part of a 5+ years project building a cutting-edge advisory platform. We are a fast paced, highly motivated, delivery focused but friendly team, present in Poland, Switzerland, India, and Hong Kong. The project runs in an agile setup and covers the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including development, business analysis and quality assurance.

Your Expertise

• 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance services.
• 2+ years of experience in automation testing in Python (Pytest framework)
• Test automation experience with UI, API automation using tools like Selenium Webdriver, REST Assured
• Familiarity with SQL (experience with SQLAlchemy is a plus)
• Complete understanding of SDLC, QA and Defect lifecycle
• Experience with Test planning, Test Strategy, Test execution, defect report, functional and non-functional testing
• Experience working in Agile methodology
• Familiarity with cloud technology (especially MS Azure)

You may also have experience with:

• Performance testing
• Test Data generation and management
• The Finance / Banking / Asset Management industry / Strongly regulated environment

You are:

• Fluent in English, especially technical vocabulary
• Great team player able to work effectively with internal colleagues from development, business analysis and project management
• Interested in learning new technologies and practices, reuse strategic platforms and standards, evaluate options, and make decisions with long-term sustainability in mind
