• Permanent contract (UoP)

  • Possess strong technical expertise and extensive hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central, as well as with applications integrated into the broader HR IT ecosystem.

  • Have a proven track record in delivering 2nd and 3rd level support for SuccessFactors EC.

  • Bring solid technical skills in data replication and migration from SuccessFactors EC to SAP ECC and other connected systems.

  • Are able to troubleshoot and resolve issues within Employee Central effectively.

  • Have a business-focused approach and a genuine interest in leveraging IT to enhance Human Capital Management (HCM).

  • Are service-oriented and skilled at understanding and adapting to the perspective of end-users.

Responsibilities

  • Creating comprehensive HR solutions that seamlessly integrate with various systems and modules, both within and beyond the SuccessFactors suite.

  • Making sure all solutions comply with performance, security, and regulatory requirements.

  • Maintaining, improving, and optimizing the Employee Central platform.

  • Identifying opportunities to advance our HR digitalization strategy and drive business growth.

  • Translating HR and business needs into clear technical requirements for IT teams and implementation partners, while fostering strong collaboration across departments and organizational levels.

  • Offering guidance on best practices and supporting HR teams to ensure smooth adoption of system updates and enhancements.
