They are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join their engineering team, requiring at least 4+ hours of overlap with EST working hours. The role involves close collaboration with in-house backend developers and Altamira's front-end engineers. This is a long-term opportunity starting with an initial project and continuing with future initiatives in Finance, Implementation, and Contracting domains. They are looking for proactive, business-oriented engineers who thrive in collaborative environments and want to contribute to high-impact projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop full-stack solutions with a stronger focus on backend (Node.js, SQL Server, Prisma ORM).
  • Build robust front-end components using React.js and TypeScript.
  • Design and develop proof-of-concept (PoC) projects to support pre-sales efforts.
  • Deliver scalable, maintainable software aligned with Agile and Lean methodologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define architecture.
  • Conduct technical audits and contribute to code quality and standardization.
  • Optionally: mentor junior developers and participate in interviews or team evaluations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, and Node.js.
  • Deep understanding of software development lifecycle, design principles, and architectural patterns.
  • Proven experience in unit testing, code design, and configuration management.
  • Strong communication skills and Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher English level.
  • Ability to take ownership and deliver independently in a remote team.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with SQL Server and Prisma ORM.
  • Prior work on full-stack projects with backend-heavy architecture.
  • Experience in mentoring or supporting teammates.
