For over 50 years, SimCorp has worked closely with investment and asset managers to become the world’s leading provider of integrated investment management solutions. We are 3,000+ colleagues with a broad range of nationalities, educations, professional experiences, ages, and backgrounds.
SimCorp is an independent subsidiary of the Deutsche Börse Group. Following the recent merger with Axioma, we leverage the combined strength of our brands to provide an industry-leading, full, front-to-back offering for our clients.
SimCorp is an equal-opportunity employer. We are committed to building a culture where diverse perspectives and expertise are integrated into our everyday work. We believe in the continual growth and development of our employees, so that we can provide best-in-class solutions to our clients.
Reporting to the Group Product Manager of Investment Operations & Reporting, your primary responsibility is to prioritize and drive the activities that deliver new capabilities and services within SimCorp’s Client Reporting solution, CORIC. Ensuring they deliver optimal value aligned with product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes.
A Product Owner (PO) is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and acts as such within the product management line. They are responsible for roadmaps, new ideas, new market segments, and new offerings within their subject area and are expected to think outside the box. Scoping, prioritization, capacity allocation within their area are all part of the PO role, and ensuring compliance with the overall product management strategy through collaboration with other roles is essential.
PODs are an essential member of the product management team and share in the leadership responsibilities of the product line.
PODs deliver to clients and own the client interaction needed to ensure successful client outcomes. Estimation, refinement, and managing client commitments are all part of the PO role, along with ensuring delivery quality and commitment profitability. POs work with features from end to end and have ultimate say in how and when they are delivered.
The product offer line succeeds due to the collaboration of product managers (PMs) and POs. They share the responsibility for managing the product deliveries in their product line. POs are consulted about pricing definition and negotiation issues. POs lead the integration in global standards: standard platform and release notes.

Competitive salary, bonus scheme, and pension are essential for any work agreement. However, at SimCorp, we believe we can offer more. Therefore, in addition to the traditional benefit scheme, we provide an excellent work-life balance: flexible work hours, a hybrid workplace model. On top of that, we have IP sprints; where you have 3 weeks per quarter to spend on mastering your skills as well as contributing to the company development. There is never just only one route - we practice an individual approach to professional development to support the direction you want to take.
