Boeing Ukraine is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead Aircraft Interior Design and Certification efforts within our Engineering Center in Kyiv.
Position Responsibilities:
- Actively communicate with the Customer regarding project forecasts, scope, resource requirements, and potential risks.
- Interact with the Customer to confirm and approve project and process requirements, including quality, budget, and timelines.
- Clarify technical requirements as needed.
- Participate in long-term and short-term planning activities and define/track project goals.
- Define and manage the resources required for project execution.
- Monitor project progress against requirements, analyze work results, and report progress and outcomes to leadership.
- Manage and control project budgets, including planning, confirming, organizing, and supervising overtime work.
- Summarize project execution results in collaboration with technical leads, discipline leaders, and the Customer.
- Systematically gather customer satisfaction feedback, analyze it, and develop corrective actions as necessary.
- Report on customer satisfaction analysis results to leadership.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for further project development.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Computer Science from an accredited institution.
- Upper Intermediate English proficiency.
- Must have existing rights to work in Ukraine.

- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of certification processes.
