If you enjoy creating complex systems, are motivated by continuous growth, and are interested in developing and testing within the applied finance and investment management domain, this role offers an excellent opportunity to grow with our Investment Operations Product Areas (Reconcile and Trade Lifecycle).

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

You will be an integral part of a self-organized scrum team comprising software engineers who collaborate closely with business experts. The team is responsible for developing and supporting enterprise products within the Investment Operations area. You will interact with colleagues from Ukraine, Poland, Denmark, and Germany. After a comprehensive onboarding program, your responsibilities will include:

  • Finding and reporting errors with relevant documentation, including reproduction scenarios.
  • Identifying relevant test conditions for the product under test based on available documentation.
  • Creating test cases and automated tests to cover feature acceptance criteria (E2E, API).
  • Building, documenting, and maintaining test suites for regression testing.
  • Collaborating closely with product management to understand business and customer needs, following a customer outcome-driven development approach.
  • Preparing and conducting Sprint review/DEMO sessions.
  • Proactively improving automation, tools, and processes.

WHAT WE VALUE:

  • Experience in a testing role working on complex systems, preferably within the financial domain.
  • Proficiency in both manual and automated testing, with the ability to design and implement comprehensive test strategies and all levels of tests for software applications (E2E, API).
  • Strong exploratory testing abilities.
  • Curiosity and readiness to learn in-house tools.
  • Good English skills (upper intermediate and higher), both written and spoken, as English is our corporate language.
  • A relevant software testing qualification (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.
  • Professionalism, commitment, and a result-oriented approach.
