HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Fluent Polish and communicative English, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft tools such as Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Sharepoint.
  • A strong interest in learning about the different modules of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform — especially Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service.
  • Curiosity about how business processes work in industries such as FMCG, Banking, Healthcare, and Utilities.
  • A willingness to explore how technology supports customer relationship management and drives business success.

BONUS POINTS:

  • Microsoft Dynamics certifications.
  • Knowledge of complementary tools such as PowerBI and Sharepoint.
  • Knowledge of the concepts of Digital Transformation, omnichannel and the social world.
