About the Role

Are you passionate about using the latest technology and AI tools to build concrete solutions that make customer services better, faster, and easier? Then this job is for you! We are expanding our data science guild and looking for a colleague to strengthen our central AI team within Schade & Inkomen.

You will be part of the central Pricing & Data Office. This office collaborates with the business, actively seeks partnerships, and is always looking for sustainable and effective solutions. Connection with the business, technical expertise, responsibility, results-orientation, and fun are important to the Pricing & Data Office. It is a team of passionate specialists.

What You Will Do

Within the Data Office, we have a team responsible for building impactful AI solutions. With these AI solutions, we help Schade & Inkomen digitize important processes, such as digitizing our Claims processes. Your main goal is to create data science solutions for operational teams like Acceptance and Claims, working alongside your colleagues. You will have a lot of contact with the colleagues for whom you build the solutions, making a significant impact!

You understand how to help business colleagues translate their needs into AI solutions and, above all, enjoy presenting your solutions to the business and assisting them with AI adoption. You will own and be responsible for end-to-end solutions, from defining requirements to bringing the solution into production. With your solution-oriented and proactive mindset, you will design the best data science solution for business problems with your team and realize it using our AI toolkit. We work agilely with business colleagues on projects that often span multiple sprints.

Specifically, you will bring AI solutions to production so that your solutions create real value for our company of tomorrow. Researching and applying new technology plays an important role. You will use state-of-the-art techniques such as AI as a service and LLMs, like Cognitive Services and OpenAI. Additionally, you will prioritize and monitor project progress. You will also actively contribute to innovation within NN. During our monthly innovation day, you will explore with your colleagues which new techniques are applicable within our company.

If you enjoy diving into the latest AI trends to find solutions for business problems, this job is for you.

Together with these colleagues, we work daily with great enthusiasm and dedication to optimize and innovate customer service, processes, and quality, in close collaboration with the operational teams.

Additionally, you will be a member of the data science guild, where approximately 40 data scientists meet. Here, you will exchange knowledge and experiences with peers.
