- Min. 10 years experience in telecom infrastructure, cloud platforms, or data center operations.
- Strong project management skills (Agile/Waterfall), with PMP or similar certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with virtualization, storage, networking, and cloud automation tools is a plus.
