Who we are looking for
State Street’s Global Technology Services (GTS) Program Office is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Business Analyst (Vice President) to drive data-informed decision-making across enterprise programs. In this pivotal role, you will transform complex data into actionable insights, align program governance with data capabilities, and ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives through effective dependency tracking and cross-functional collaboration.
What you will be responsible for
- Lead enterprise-wide dependency monitoring relative to the project portfolio to identify risks, enable strategic prioritization, and support successful project execution.
- Conduct advanced data analysis to uncover trends and deliver actionable insights via dashboards and reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems by leading validation, troubleshooting, and integration efforts that support high-quality, reliable analytics.
- Design and implement reporting solutions that align with governance objectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance dashboards and data tools.
- Drive reporting process optimization by analyzing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and delivering innovative, compliant, and automated governance solutions.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

- Consulting experience in a cross-functional project environments is a plus.
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality frameworks, and regulatory standards (e.g., BCBS 239) is a plus.
