- Strong programming skills in Python
- Proven experience with Robot Framework and Jenkins
- Solid knowledge of the Payments or Financial domain
- Experience with test tools and test management platforms
- Understanding of general testing concepts (ISTQB Foundation Level or equivalent)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to promote automation practices within the team
- Proactive attitude and a passion for improving test processes and automation coverage
Nice to Have:
- Hands-on experience with release planning and test reporting tools
- Experience in both automated and manual testing
Responsibilities
- Analyze and design test cases based on requirements
- Implement and execute automated and manual tests
- Perform root cause analysis for defects and issues
- Design and implement test frameworks using Python and Robot Framework
- Continuously improve automated test coverage and QA processes
- Develop and maintain release test plans and reports
- Generate and track bug reports (Defect Management)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Drive QA activities across the delivery team
