About the Role:
As a Solution Architect/ Presales – IT Automation, Data & AI (IBM), you will primarily be working internally/externally with the partner base and sales organization on defining solutions and projects.
What You'll Do:
- Support the design of vendor solutions to meet partner or end-user requirements.
- Prepare infrastructure and participate in PIC projects based on the most modern products from the IBM offer (Automation, Data, AI).
- Respond quickly to queries or customer care issues.
- Communicate product and technology information to educate internal and external audiences.
- Deal with product/solution inquiries from internal/external sales and resellers.
- Stay up-to-date with the current versions of offered products and news.
What We're Looking For:
- Fluent in English and Polish (B2).
- 3+ Years of relevant work experience working with IT Automation and/or Data Management.
- Good communication and presentation skills are essential.
- IT industry knowledge – Channel, Vendors, Competition, and End User is desirable but not mandatory depending on the seniority of the role.
- Willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of observability software or APM and Kubernetes/OpenShift platforms is a plus.
