IT Business Consultant (ESG)

Your responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications for ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives within BSH.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to design, build and maintain ESG-related applications for BSH users; coordinate business unit requirements with the Mendix development team in India.
• Prepare documentation and conduct application testing, including reviewing software developments and supporting automated testing processes.
• Coordinate and facilitate user training sessions as well as test activities to ensure effective adoption and quality assurance.
• Provide ongoing application support, manage incidents, and guide users after project deployment to ensure smooth operations.

• At least 2 years of experience in IT project support or business systems implementation, preferably in an international environment.
• Foundational knowledge of IT and programming (such as SQL or basic coding skills) to link business needs and technical solutions.
• Fluency in spoken and written English (C1 or above) and at least a basic understanding of Polish (A2 or above) are required.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with international teams.
• Ability to work independently as well as in agile, multicultural teams.
• Eagerness and capacity to learn new technologies, especially low-code development platforms like Mendix.
• Experience with ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) activities in an international business context as an added advantage.
