IT Project Manager

• Rate: Up to 170 zł/h + VAT on B2B Contract
• Salary based on B2B contract;

• Lead overall project/program integration, including initiation, scope, budgeting, and closure activities.

• Plan and coordinate project team work, including effort estimation, task prioritization, and timeline definition.

• Monitor project execution, ensuring timely task completion and alignment with project goals.

• Manage project scope and changes, ensuring proper documentation and stakeholder alignment.

• Oversee resource planning and allocation, including workload balancing and optimization.

• Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating critical issues as needed.

• Ensure project quality and documentation completeness through ongoing control and validation.

• Coordinate external vendors and suppliers, ensuring on-time and within-scope delivery.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.

• Support and enhance project methodology and tools, contributing to process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in the financial sector; experience in insurance, telecommunications, or consulting is also acceptable

• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Proficiency in English sufficient to lead projects in an international environment

• Familiarity with project management and implementation tools such as MS Project, Clarity, JIRA, SharePoint, and Confluence
