  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in a ServiceNow environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Agile methodologies, with strong facilitation and coordination skills.
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, SPM, ITOM, and ALM modules.
  • Solid grasp of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and collaborate with technical teams.
  • Skilled in guiding teams toward delivery goals and removing blockers.
  • Experience with configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform using out-of-the-box capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Nice to have:

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and scripting (JavaScript, HTML/XHTML, XML, CSS, AJAX, AngularJS).
  • Experience with third-party integrations (via APIs, Integration Hub Spokes, etc.).
  • Previous roles in Agile software development environments.
  • Familiarity with common project management methodologies and tools.
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS) are a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage the implementation of Agile projects within the ServiceNow platform, aligning with business and IT objectives.
  • Serve as both Scrum Master and Business Analyst, facilitating Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and guiding backlog prioritization based on customer input.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements for ServiceNow enhancements and new functionalities.
  • Provide recommendations based on expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, SPM, ITOM, and ALM, aiming to optimize processes and drive innovation.
  • Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams (development, QA, operations) to ensure effective communication and successful delivery.
  • Deliver user training sessions and provide ongoing support to stakeholders using ServiceNow applications.
  • Investigate and resolve ServiceNow-related issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging capabilities within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
