Must-Have: * ○ Passion for Quality: A genuine interest in software quality and a strong desire to learn and grow in a QA career. ○ Attention to Detail: Meticulous and detail-oriented approach to testing and documentation. ○ Problem-Solving: Foundational problem-solving skills with a curious and proactive mindset. ○ Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills. ○ Team Player: A collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively within a team structure. ○ Growth Mindset: Eagerness to learn new tools, processes, and technologies. ○ English level: *Upper-Intermediate (B2) or Advanced (C1)
*Nice-to-Have: * ○ Previous experience in a software testing or technical support role. ○ Familiarity with mobile devices and applications (iOS/Android). ○ Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). ○ Experience with any bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira)
Key Responsibilities
*Test Execution: * ○ Execute pre-written manual test cases and checklists accurately and efficiently. ○ Perform exploratory testing on new features to uncover issues not covered by existing test plans. ○ Verify bug fixes and perform targeted regression testing to ensure stability.
*Defect Reporting: * ○ Identify, document, and report defects in the bug tracking system with clear, concise, and reproducible steps. ○ Attach relevant information to bug reports, such as logs, screenshots, and recordings. ○ Communicate defect status and follow up with developers as needed.
*Process & Learning: * ○ Actively participate in team meetings and discussions to learn about the product and development process. ○ Develop an understanding of fundamental QA principles and methodologies. ○ Show a commitment to continuous skill improvement and learning new testing techniques.
*Collaboration: * ○ Work closely with other QA team members to understand testing priorities and assignments. ○ Communicate test results and findings to the team in a clear and timely manner.
