For one of our major clients, we are looking for a:
Lead Python Developer!
- Location: 100% Remote
- Start Date: ASAP (we accept candidates with a maximum 1-month notice period)
- Rate (individually determined): 175 - 200 PLN net / hour
- Engagement Type: B2B (outsourcing with 1dea), full-time, long-term
Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing modern applications using AI models.
- Building scalable and efficient AI system architectures tailored to business requirements.
- Coordinating implementation processes and collaborating with users on optimization and system problem-solving.
- Mentoring and supporting junior developers, with a particular focus on AI and Python technologies.
- Initiating and implementing innovative GenAI solutions, seeking new applications and improvements in projects.

- Higher education in Computer Science or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Lead.
- At least 6 years of experience in Python and with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL preferred).
- Practical knowledge and experience working with GenAI technologies.
- A broad spectrum of technical competencies enabling effective team support and project challenge management.
- Very good command of English, allowing for independent work with documentation and team communication.
