We are looking for an experienced Lead C++ Developer to join a global organization in the aerospace sector. The project focuses on developing an advanced application that supports flight crews and ground staff in performing calculations related to aircraft weight, balance, and takeoff/landing parameters.
- Leading the development team as a technical leader
- Participating in the design and development of application
- Collaborating with international teams in an Agile setup
- Mentoring junior team members
- Rate: 170–200 PLN/h on B2B contract
- Location: Gdańsk, hybrid model (flexible frequency of onsite work)
