The candidate must have very good technical and leadership skills to oversee the technical aspects of a delivery team by making software engineering and design decisions, guiding team members in technical matters and supervising system modifications in response to business needs. To meet the requirements of the business, the candidate will actively participate in the technical design and architecture design of the application or its components, propose appropriate solution to use and promotes re-usability of existing components. Working in a collaborative environment.
The candidate should have deep knowledge of systems and applications under him/her control, manage the changes and collaborate in the technical and architectural design, analysis and implementation of approved projects. The candidate will work on Process Automation technologies and will be the Subject Mater Expert of this area.
Responsibilities
- Senior engineer with ability to produce technical solutions in contact with business stakeholders.
- Key role in a success technology implementation to increase efficiency and reduce the operational risk of hands-on activities.
- Responsible for leading and producing the design of future automatizations.
- Responsible for producing and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with methodologies, IT policies and IT security requirements
- Hey role in Business processes and automatizations design in contact with business stakeholders with High capacity of design solutions aligned with the business requirements.
Skills
- Hands one Deep knowledge in Java Script, chromium browser extensions, and automatization tools like playwright or selenium. Nice to have, knowledge on PowerApps
- Hands one, with knowledge on development tools and code review, producing high level solution designs and high-level technical designs.
- Strong capacity of analysis specially in the identification of incidents, malfunctions, and very strange behaviours
- English and Spanish advance required, experience in the banking sector
- Teamwork spirit to work with multidisciplinary teams, Leadership and communication skills, high commitment and results oriented. Ability to identify risks, resolve conflicts and plan tasks
