As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of blended learning projects and programs with varying levels of complexity. You will add value by ensuring projects are scoped, resourced, and delivered against plan, quality standards, and budget. You will play a key role in managing internal and client stakeholders.

Job Description:

  • Establish and manage long-term partnerships with clients by understanding their business needs and challenges.
  • Lead project workstreams, ensuring project teams are aligned on delivery requirements, client expectations, and timelines.
  • Get things done - plan, execute, and deliver data projects with high quality and within agreed timelines.
  • Build delivery plans, including time estimates, resource planning, and quality expectations.
  • Ensure proper governance of delivery processes, aligning with organizational standards.
  • Proactively identify and manage delivery risks to prevent issues before they arise.
  • Take full ownership of delivery capacity planning, ensuring the right mix of skills and seniority across teams.
  • Contribute to the evolution and improvement of internal delivery methodologies and best practices.
  • Help shape the company’s operational culture around accountability, collaboration, and quality.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience operating as a Senior Project Manager delivering digital learning projects.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to think operationally.
  • Real focus on customers, including account management, service delivery, and customer service.
  • Strong grasp of resource and timesheet management in PM software.
  • Very strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills. Customer-focused with the ability to manage customer expectations.
  • Fluent English speaker (min. C1).
