Are you an expert in Adobe Journey Optimizer? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

As a Senior Developer – Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), you’ll be at the forefront of designing, developing, and optimizing real-time customer journeys. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—strategy, data, and creative—to deliver seamless, personalized experiences across multiple channels using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and AJO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement complex, multi-step customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer.
  • Integrate AJO with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP, and other Adobe Experience Cloud tools.
  • Develop and maintain APIs, data schemas, and event triggers to enable real-time personalization.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure data accuracy and availability for journey orchestration.
  • Continuously optimize journey performance through A/B testing, segmentation, and analytics.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and marketing technologists.
  • Stay up to date with Adobe product updates and customer experience management (CXM) best practices.

Skills and Experience

  • Deep expertise in marketing automation and customer journey orchestration.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer.
  • Strong understanding of CDPs, identity resolution, and real-time data ingestion.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, REST APIs, and Adobe Launch.
  • Experience with Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Adobe Certified Expert – Adobe Journey Optimizer
  • Experience working in a CXM agency or consulting environment.
