Lead Product Designer

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced Lead Product Designer to own and shape the user experience of their flagship iOS/Android mobile app. This is a high-impact position, reporting directly to the VP of Product and collaborating with engineers and the founder. You’ll be responsible for redesigning the app’s UX from the ground up - balancing innovation, simplicity, and customer needs.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the UX redesign of the app, maintaining the clean and intuitive experience users love
• Conduct user research and interviews to uncover core user goals and pain points
• Translate findings into prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs (Figma)
• Work closely with engineers to ensure smooth implementation and optimal performance
• Establish a regular user testing process and iterate based on feedback
• Own the design process end-to-end, from discovery to delivery
