Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the business KPIs through reviewing a variety of reports against committed SLA with clients/sales teams with moderate level of complexity
  • Assess growth requirement for the team members’ technical knowledge to support the business need
  • Run frequent management meetings to keep the Sales Support members up to date on the business climate. Join team huddles to motivate, support and reinforce messages to the Sales Support Specialists.
  • Lead internal and external operational reviews and alignment meetings with internal and external clients/sales counterparts to drive desired business outcomes
  • Provide periodical updates and resolve escalations with internal and/or external clients/sales counterparts
  • Effectively partner and build strong business relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure varying customer expectations are met
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve specific business targets and meet assigned performance targets weekly/monthly/quarterly, ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team(s) and management
  • Hybrid role, working hours - M/F from 9:00-18:00

Required Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English - both written and spoken
  • Proven ability to manage, prioritize, and communicate competing deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-volume transactional environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Specifically, intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM or comparable CRM systems experience
  • Proven strong people management, leadership, and coaching skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both internally and externally
  • Strong understanding of client environments
  • Prior ability to direct specific tasks through prescribed processes, as well as identify, document, and implement improvements
