About The Role
Product managers at Printful & Printify drive product vision and strategy, delivering high-value solutions for merchants and print providers. They bridge the technical and business worlds, collaborating with engineers, designers, data scientists, researchers, and business leaders to build and guide products throughout the execution cycle.
Your Daily Tasks will Entail:

Product Development:
- Develop a strategic roadmap aligned with company goals and product vision.
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, focusing on new merchant onboarding and activation.
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams on technical specifications and timely delivery.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand user needs, market dynamics, and competitive trends.
- Iterate on product features based on user feedback, usability tests, and data analysis.
- Prioritize feature enhancements and bug fixes based on impact and resource availability.

Data Analysis:
- Use data-driven insights to optimize onboarding and retention processes.
- Define KPIs and establish tracking mechanisms to evaluate product initiative success.

User Research:
- Conduct user research (surveys, interviews, usability studies) to validate hypotheses and gather feedback.
- Advocate for user-centricity by integrating research findings into product decisions.

Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with design, marketing, customer support, and sales for cohesive alignment and successful launches.

Documentation and Training:
- Create comprehensive documentation (user guides, training materials) for onboarding.

Market Analysis:
- Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies for onboarding and retention solutions.
- Stay informed about regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

- Establish efficient feedback channels for actionable insights.
- Implement processes for prioritizing and addressing customer feedback.

- Foster a customer-centric culture and promote continuous improvement within the team.
Your Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a proven track record of building and launching successful end-customer products.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, marketplace dynamics, and consumer behavior.
- Exceptional project management skills, leading cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using data-driven insights for product decisions and improvement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools.
- Passion for innovation, creativity, and staying updated with industry trends.
