They are currently seeking Croatian OR Slovenian & English speaking Customer Support Agents to join their team.
Shift Options:

Day Shift:
- Working Hours: 09 AM - 18 PM and 14 PM - 23 PM (rotating weekly), with an option for 17 PM - 02 AM.
- Working Days: 5 days work, 2 days rest (schedule set 1 month in advance).

Night Shift:
- Working Hours: 23 PM - 09 AM.
- Working Days: 3 days work, 3 days off.
Important Note: This is an office-based position ONLY; remote options are not considered.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support in Croatian or Slovenian and English via email and Live chats.
- Process information with great attention to detail and content.
- Identify client needs and proactively propose solutions.
- Focus on customer expectations and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to improve and establish necessary processes.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Croatian or Slovenian and English (written and spoken).
- Proactive individual with good support/sales skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Previous experience as a support agent is an advantage.
