Due to our growth ambitions, we are seeking a talented Junior Data Analyst to join our Reporting and Data Analysis team in our Gdańsk office.

As a Junior Data Analyst, you will support the finance team in preparing recurring management reports, assisting with forecasting, and contributing to financial planning processes. You'll gradually take part in developing internal management reporting tools and learn how to transform financial data into meaningful insights. You’ll also work on profitability analyses for products and sales channels, support the evaluation of new offers, and help ensure accurate settlements with our business partners. This is a great opportunity to build a strong foundation in financial analysis while learning from experienced colleagues in a dynamic environment.

What will you be doing?

  • Preparing recurring management reports, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Participating in the development of the management information system.
  • Developing analyses, presenting findings and recommendations.
  • Conducting ongoing monitoring and profitability analysis of products and distribution channels.
  • Verifying and evaluating the profitability of newly implemented products and offers.
  • Handling settlements with business partners.

Ideally, you would have:

  • A university degree in a related field, or being in the final years of completing one.
  • Strong analytical skills and a keen interest in data analysis.
  • Knowledge & experience with SQL, ability to program in VBA, and openness to apply these skills in practice.
  • Proven previous experience working with Excel.
  • Communicative level of skills in written & spoken English.
