As a Senior Marketing Business Analyst (m/f/d), you will be part of the Customer Insights and Marketing Controlling team.

Your challenging tasks include:

  • Development of customer segmentations
  • Conducting campaign analyses to identify patterns and optimization potential, as well as developing corresponding campaign dashboards
  • Development of business cases for new marketing initiatives and corresponding success evaluation
  • Ensuring data quality and consistency of our marketing KPIs
  • Development of revenue planning/forecasting models
  • Preparation of Business Review Meetings for the DocMorris Board
  • Close collaboration with the Marketing, Category Management, and IT departments
  • Use of BI tools
  • Setup of daily campaign tracking for Rx and OTC in Tableau (onsite and offsite)
  • Management (business cases, selections, success evaluation) of initiatives (prescription subscription, outbound, etc.)
  • Further development of planning and customer cohort models (including retention tracking)
  • Ad hoc analyses/deep dives resulting from requests from agile teams

You have a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or a comparable qualification and at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position. Furthermore, you convince with the following qualifications:

  • Marketing understanding in the retail/e-commerce sector and understanding of digital channels
  • Ability to analyze large amounts of data and derive clear insights
  • Sound experience with SQL and BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
  • Excellent analytical skills and solution-oriented approach
  • Good communication skills and strong team spirit
  • Good English skills
