Job Description

The Investor Services department at HedgeServ has a global presence with operations in the Cayman Islands, Ireland, Poland, and the USA. Due to continued growth, they are expanding their operations in Poland. The team services private equity, hedge funds, and hybrid structures, leveraging proprietary technology to deliver an industry-leading service to clients and investors. They focus on introducing new technology solutions to meet evolving industry demands and support unique client structures.

An Investor Services Administrator (IS Administrator) will support the Investor Services Supervisor and Manager in delivering efficient and high-quality service to clients and their investors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process investor transaction documents (e.g., subscriptions) according to fund documentation.
  • Maintain and distribute capital activity reports to clients.
  • Complete and maintain Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements for all investor transactions.
  • Provide money movement notifications to clients and prepare wire instructions.
  • Serve as the daily client operational contact for investor servicing, maintaining good client relationships.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills to meet SLA deadlines and adhere to procedures.
  • Mentor junior staff and provide training under supervision.
  • Develop knowledge of allocations and performance calculations.
  • Undertake projects and ad-hoc tasks as required.
  • Exhibit team player qualities within the investor services team.

Requirements:

  • Completed bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the finance field.
  • Fluent English skills (minimum B2).
  • Good Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work effectively both independently and within a team.
