Position: Product Manager
Job Description: Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) is a global scale IT distributor guiding innovation across the channel. We help vendors and IT providers grow by providing deep technical expertise, innovative, real-world solutions and digital platforms.
What will you do?
- Developing and implementing the sales strategy for training programs (online and/or in-person)
- Planning and coordinating the training schedule
- Collaborating with trainers, marketing, and sales teams
- Monitoring sales performance and analyzing training effectiveness
- Expanding the training offer based on market and customer needs
- Managing the budget for training projects
What are we looking for?
- Experience in product or project management (especially in the field of education or training)
- Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques
- Ability to analyze sales data and generate reports
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) would be appreciated

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities with various stakeholders
- Proactive and self-driven approach
- Customer- and results-oriented mindset
Languages
- Very good knowledge of Polish and English (spoken and written)
