Position: Product Manager Job Description:

Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) is a global scale IT distributor guiding innovation across the channel. We help vendors and IT providers grow by providing deep technical expertise, innovative, real-world solutions and digital platforms.

What will you do?

  • Developing and implementing the sales strategy for training programs (online and/or in-person)
  • Planning and coordinating the training schedule
  • Collaborating with trainers, marketing, and sales teams
  • Monitoring sales performance and analyzing training effectiveness
  • Expanding the training offer based on market and customer needs
  • Managing the budget for training projects

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in product or project management (especially in the field of education or training)
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques
  • Ability to analyze sales data and generate reports
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) would be appreciated

Soft Skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong teamwork and communication abilities with various stakeholders
  • Proactive and self-driven approach
  • Customer- and results-oriented mindset

Languages

  • Very good knowledge of Polish and English (spoken and written)
