Software Engineer (AEM)

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Software Developer to join us. The successful candidate will be part of a cross-functional agile team to deliver high-quality software, advancing our internet websites and B2B/B2C platforms. How you will get the job done

• design, build, test, and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable code leveraging established specifications and standards
• collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure solutions align with the organization’s goals and customer needs
• customize and integrate commercial off-the-shelf software products
• create required technical documentation to support product needs including documentation for operations, security, and compliance
• support and conduct application service requests and carry out software maintenance tasks
• support the deployment of software releases to the production environment
• support resolution of problems and incidents in applications and services (3rd level)

• understanding AEM, specifically AEM as a Cloud Service architecture, including its deployment model and development best practices
• working with AEM core building blocks: Java, JCR, OSGi, and Sling
• using frontend technologies and frameworks such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, React, and Angular
• guiding and mentoring other software engineers
• handling data formats (e.g. JSON, XML) and using query languages effectively
• creating and extending AEM components and templates using the AEM Templating Language
• developing cloud-native solutions
• configuring AEM user and permission management, including setting up users, groups, and access control
• using Microsoft Azure DevOps, Git, and Maven (or similar tools) for agile collaboration and DevOps
