We are currently looking for a Business Intelligence Developer to support an internal initiative focused on enhancing project and product management through data-driven insights.This is a great opportunity to work on a strategic, high-impact BI project that combines analytics, business operations, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll be part of a data-centric team helping shape the way the company manages performance, planning, and decision-making in company focused on industrial technology and engineering.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyzing complex business problems using internal and external data sources
- Interpreting trends, patterns, and influences to uncover actionable insights
- Creating forecasts, strategic plans, and tactical recommendations based on data
- Designing data models, dashboards, and visual reports to meet stakeholder needs
- Building specifications for BI reports and analytics tools
- Producing high-quality datasets and reports using system-based reporting tools
- Consulting with internal stakeholders across departments to refine requirements
- Supporting a dedicated BI project focused on project and product management data
- B2B contract
- Rate: 120–140 PLN net/h
- Hybrid work: 1–3 days/week in the Katowice office

- Experience in BI development, data analysis, or analytics consulting
- Experience with Power BI
- Solid SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
- Knowledge of Azure, Python, Power Automate
- Experience with ETL and data modelling
- Strong business acumen and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
