- Around 5 years of experience within Product Manager role, managing IT products
- Experience working cross-functionally to guide products from conception through launch, growth and maturity by connecting the technical and business worlds to meet our customers at their needs
- Experience with IT products used for improving and modernizing software stacks
- Experiences in and a passion for solving critical problems related to data quality, warehousing, and analytics
- Software engineering background would be preferred
- Ability to work 5 days/week on-site
Responsibilities
- Work closely with teams across the organization to define a go-forward vision for our products
- Partner with engineers and users to define, track and deliver on Objectives and Key Results
- Help define and drive user adoption strategy
- Lead the delivery of our products user testing and rollout across divisions
- Proactively identify ideas to improve products and processes based on user feedback to increase engagement
- Manage product backlog, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are met
- Working to demanding timescales in a fast paced, dynamic team working environment
