• BSc. or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Contestant Collegiate Programming Contest &/or Olympiad in Informatics
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and principles.
• Experience in optimization and performance tuning AI models and software.
• Good grasp of computer architecture and foundation in memory/storage/processing technologies, including an understanding of the software stack and critical performance factors.
• Programming skills in C/C++ and Python will be nice to have
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate within the domain.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Researching and analyzing current and emerging memory technologies, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Developing new memory architectures, algorithms, and protocols to improve performance, power efficiency, and reliability.
• Designing and implementing software tools and frameworks for memory management, allocation, and optimization.
• Evaluating the performance of memory systems using simulations and real-world workloads.
• Designing and implementing cluster-scale I/O acceleration technologies.
• Advancing memory and I/O technologies for training and inference of new generation AI.
• Collaborating with academia to ensure innovation.
• Publishing research findings in conferences and journals, contributing to the advancement of the field.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in memory technologies.
