Your responsibilities:
- Administration and configuration in the CAx environment – Siemens NX (including areas such as: MBD, PMI, SeedParts, configuration, templates, text fields, etc.).
- Administration and configuration in the CAM environment (software for laser, punching, and bending machines).
- Support and configuration in the PLM environment – Teamcenter.
- 3rd level support (phone, ticket, and on-site support) for users.
- Creation of specifications for interfaces and extensions (e.g. workflows, Polarion, T4S, T4EA, TC, etc.).
- Clarification and definition of specific requirements with the relevant department.
- Creation of documentation.
- Support for updates of software products.
What we expect:
- Completed degree in Computer Science or a comparable field of study/education.
- Several years of experience in PLM, CAD, and/or CAM environments.
- Administrative knowledge of the aforementioned software products/modules.
- Experience in creating methods, processes, and instructions.
- Experience in project management/leading sub-projects.
- Very good knowledge of English, German is nice to have.
- A structured, reliable, and independent working style with strong organizational skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, cross-functional collaboration skills, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
