• Experience with Progressive Web Apps, SSR frameworks (Next.js, Gatsby), or mobile-first development

• Hands-on work with CSS-in-JS, accessibility-first components, and frontend performance optimization

• Familiarity with front-end build systems and testing frameworks

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of the latest UI technologies and streamline their integration across enterprise projects

• Design, build, and evolve a robust UI component library based on React and TypeScript

• Collaborate closely with business and engineering teams to build user experiences for both internal and external products

• Influence the overall design system and visual language used across the organization

• Contribute to performance, accessibility, and cross-platform compatibility of the solutions

• Work in a highly agile and delivery-focused environment
