  • Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

Qualifications

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED: ​

  • Fluent Polish and communicative English, both verbal and written.
  • Proven practical experience on the various modules of the MS Dynamics CRM 365 Customer Engagement platform, most preferable Sales and Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service modules.
  • Knowledge of the Customization part of the MS Dynamics CRM 365 Customer Engagement platform (data model configuration, views, forms, advanced search, dashboard, workflow, business rules, etc.).
  • Proficient user of Microsoft tools such as Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Sharepoint.

BONUS POINTS:

  • Competence on the business processes in various business areas such as FMCG, Banking, Healthcare, Utilities.
  • Microsoft Dynamics certifications.
  • Knowledge of complementary tools such as PowerBI and Sharepoint.
  • Knowledge of the concepts of Digital Transformation, omnichannel and the social world.
