THE WORK:

  • Assist across all phases of projects, including planning, analysis, design, building, and testing.
  • Leverage technical knowledge to design and implement CRM solutions.
  • Research and resolve non-standard customer issues to provide effective solutions.
  • Support the design of conceptual architecture and technical solutions.
  • Ensure project quality meets standards through KPI identification and the implementation of a testing plan.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by proactively identifying potential challenges to customer success and business productivity.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

Qualifications

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED: ​

  • Good communication skills in both Polish and English.
  • Experience with Dynamics CRM platform (Cloud and/or OnPrem).
  • Customization and configuration of the system.
  • Developing plugins using C# language and .NET Framework.
  • Developing web extensions in JavaScript.
  • Understanding of security and relationship mechanisms.
  • Experience in CRM integration with web applications (Web Services, JavaScript).
  • Ability to work with customers/external clients and global/offshore teams.
